CST has an extensive range of round, tapered and foil shape mandrels for production of custom filament wound tubing from 10mm to 800mm diameter with any wall thickness.

Our standard range is listed on the left. Please note the sizing for mandrels and stiffness values are NOMINAL, if you require exact sizing or specific fibre orientations, please contact us. Accuracy on inside diameter (ID) is typically to + - 0.15mm, while the outside diameter is to + - 0.3mm. We do have the ability to machine our finished tubes and achieve greater OD tolerance. Typically to 50 microns.

We also have a range of pultruded tubes, solid rod and profiles that can be purchased per linear meter.

If you require pultrusions or tubing outside our standard range, we can machine custom tooling for large orders and supply products to your specifications. These can be produces in carbon fibre, aramid, basalt, PBO or fibreglass. Tubes can also be supplied with a protective 2 pack clear polyurethane finish at an additional cost.
